30 Day Challenge - (Day 13) “Journey To A New Me”
INSIGHTS OF THE DAY
1) Anger can be channeled into something positive, but it can also get that best of you. Still trying to figure out what the best strategies are in dealing with the raw emotion of anger.
2) Social media can provide a lot of positive peer pressure. The moment I put these videos up online and on facebook and twitter I immediately burn my bridges because I am going out on a limb and committing to accomplishing what I am talking about in the videos.There is a tremendous amount of palpable pressure that has been helpful in giving me that extra push during the last 13 days. I think I am on to something really big here. Stay tuned for more.
DAY 13 REVIEW:
Wake up: 7:30AM (#AlarmClockFAIL)
Energy level: 6.5 out of 10
Gym: Pilates for Dummies DVD (laugh it off, you know you want to. I would) at 4:00AM (2 out of 10)
Reading: 0 pages (This is pitiful! It makes me so sad and ANGRY)
Sleep: 4:45AM
